Pour milk over white bread. Blend bread soaked in milk with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add the egg to the bread mixture and mix again.

Place minced meat into the bread and egg mixture (I used minced pork).

Stir the mixture with a spoon until smooth, then add spices, salt and mix well again.

The minced meat will not be very thick, like for pancakes.

Add a little vegetable oil to the frying pan, add two tablespoons of minced meat and stretch it into a circle.

Fry the meat cakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. The time is approximately 5 minutes for each cake.

Cool the finished minced meat cakes. I got 7 cakes.

To prepare the sauce, combine mayonnaise and garlic, passed through a press, and mix.

Fry the peeled and finely chopped onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

Then add peeled carrots, grated on a coarse grater, to the onion.

Fry the vegetables until soft (about 7-10 minutes), stirring.

Assemble a snack cake. Place the meat crust on a flat plate, brush with mayonnaise mixed with garlic.

Add some of the fried vegetables.

Cover with the next cake layer and press down. Grease the crust again with mayonnaise mixed with garlic, and lay out slices of chopped tomatoes. Cover with meat crust.

To make meat pie you will need:

  • cauliflower – 200-300 g;
  • broccoli cabbage – 300-350 g;
  • gelatin 25 gr.

Let's start preparing the Leshy meat cake:

1. Boil the beef in 2 liters of water, without adding water during the process to get a rich broth for pouring. Half an hour before readiness, add the brisket (or ribs), a couple of black peppercorns, herbs, carrots, onions, salt and bay leaf. At the end of cooking, remove the vegetables (they will not be needed) and meat. Strain the broth.

2. Take 150 ml of strained saturated beef broth, wait until it reaches room temperature, add gelatin, stir, set aside.

3. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets, boil to taste (until fully cooked or leave slightly crispy).

4. Meanwhile, finely chop the meat (beef and brisket). Also finely chop the garlic (2-4 cloves).
