Cutlets with rice - an economical recipe! From comparatively small quantity You get a lot of meat (about 16) delicious cutlets, and all this thanks to the rice added to the minced meat :) I love these cutlets for their taste, firstly, and secondly, because you don’t have to prepare a side dish for them! Well, at least you can get by fresh vegetables instead of a side dish :)

So, prepare minced pork, onion, garlic, rice, water, salt, ground black pepper, vegetable oil, egg, breadcrumbs ki. If you have pork pulp, grind it in a meat grinder. Peel the onion and garlic and chop for convenience.

Add onion and garlic to the minced meat, also twisted into a meat grinder, and chicken egg. Boil the rice in water with salt until tender. The rice should turn out crumbly, not a sticky mess!

Add rice to minced pork, add salt and ground black pepper.

Mix the minced meat and form it into cutlets. Roll the cutlets on all sides in breadcrumbs.

Fry the cutlets until crispy vegetable oil, and then simmer for 10 minutes, pouring a little hot water into the pan.

When the rice is ready, mix it with minced meat and add raw egg, salt and spices.

How to cook cutlets with rice and minced meat:

Soak slices of white bread in milk and leave for 5 minutes until they are soaked in milk and soften.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with napkins and remove any films. Cut the meat into small pieces to make it easier to grind into minced meat.

Let's twist it chicken fillet into homogeneous thick minced meat using a blender or meat grinder. In the same way, chop one onion and squeeze out the milk white bread, add them to the minced meat.

Stir the minced meat until it becomes homogeneous.

Rinse the rice cereal thoroughly and boil it in a ratio of 1:2 until tender. Strain the rice through a fine sieve and cool until room temperature. Add it to the minced chicken.

Beat one chicken egg into the mixture. It is necessary so that the cutlets from minced chicken with rice they kept their shape well and did not fall apart during frying.

For flavor, add finely chopped parsley, ground black pepper and meat seasoning to the minced meat. Salt to taste.
