  • 3-4 champignons
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. frying oils
  • 250 g chicken liver
  • 2-3 chicken eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp. table vinegar 9%
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce

Preparation

1. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it, fry the mushrooms on both sides until golden brown.

2. Boil the chicken liver in salted water, you can add spices and seasonings. After 20-25 minutes, the liver will be ready - you will need to wash it, cool it and cut it into strips or cubes.

3. So that onions do not taste bitter in the salad, but have a pleasant sweetish taste, you need to marinate them. Cut it into halves or quarters of rings, mix with sugar and table vinegar, squeeze and leave for 10-15 minutes.
