  • hard cheese 50 g,
  • potatoes (boiled) 2 pcs.,
  • chicken eggs 2 pcs.,
  • carrots (boiled) 1 pc.,
  • pickled cucumber 1 pc.,
  • mayonnaise 100 ml,
  • grainy mustard to taste,
  • a pinch of salt
  • bunch of grapes.

Cooking process:

Boil one large one first chicken leg(ham) in salted water.


To make the salad beautiful when serving, I recommend using a culinary ring to assemble it or cut it out of plastic bottle. Place a metal ring on a flat plate and place the first layer of grated potato salad on the bottom. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt and black pepper.


Coat the potatoes with mayonnaise and mustard. Coat all subsequent layers of salad with mayonnaise and mustard, or replace mustard with ketchup.


Separate the chicken meat into fibers or finely chop it, place it in a ring in the second layer.


Add one grated egg to the ring and smooth with a fork.


Add diced pickled cucumbers to the salad.


Make another layer of grated carrots in this salad.


Grate the cheese and add to the salad. Set aside a handful of cheese for presentation. ready-made dish.


Add the remaining egg to the ring, compact the layers of the snack and brush with mayonnaise.


Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Place the berry halves nicely on top of the salad, leaving an empty space in the center.


At the very end of cooking, add grated cheese on top in the center and remove the culinary ring.
