So, looking at their design, I’ve been thinking for a long time: but puff ears with sugar are a simple recipe, in theory, you can easily bake them at home. How to make puff ears with sugar:

Step 1: take the puff pastry.

When choosing puff pastry, inspect the packaging - this is its only protection, so be sure to check its tightness; if the package has even a small hole, do not take such a product. Such puff pastry has most likely already lost its properties.

Step 2: Roll out the puff pastry.


Take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer, approximately 5 mm, on a cutting board, greased vegetable oil(so that the dough does not stick to the board). Then sprinkle the entire layer of dough granulated sugar and cinnamon. We twist one side of the layer into a roll with our hands, to the middle, then we twist the second side in the same way. Gently press both twisted rolls against each other.

Step 3: cut the dough.


Using a knife, cut the resulting roll into strips about 1-1.5 cm. Then we cover the baking sheet with parchment paper so that the cookies do not burn due to the sugar that will flow out when heated.

Step 4: bake puff pastry.

Preparation
