  • Beetroot (boil) - 2 medium vegetables
  • Chicken breast (boil) - 500 grams
  • Pomegranate – 1 piece
  • Carrots (boil) - 2 large vegetables
  • Chicken egg - 4 pieces
  • Chopped walnuts - 60 grams
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pepper

To make this salad, you need to place a glass in the center of the dish on which you will serve it. This is necessary so that a hole appears, like a bracelet. The salad is usually made in layers. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise. All vegetables are grated. The same should be done with chicken eggs. Shred the chicken breast with a knife. Some housewives prefer to fry the chicken, but this step can be omitted. It all depends on taste.

1 layer - boiled potatoes,

2nd layer - boiled carrots (you can add walnuts),

3rd layer - chicken breast (pepper to taste, salt),

4 layer - chicken eggs,

5th layer - boiled beets (you can add walnuts),

6th layer - pomegranate seeds

Carefully place each layer around the glass to form a bracelet shape. Place the pomegranate seeds tightly next to each other to cover the entire surface. You can remove the seeds from the fruit, but this is not necessary. Let us remind you that the layers must be lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Walnuts can be added to both the layer with beets and carrots, the taste will not change. Then put the salad in a cool place and garnish with herbs if desired.

For 6-7 servings you will need:

Turkey fillet – 400 gr;
burgundy beets – 2 medium;
potatoes – 2 medium;
eggs – 3 pcs;
sweet carrots – 2 small pieces;
pomegranate – 2 pcs, ripe, medium size;
mayonnaise – 180 gr;
walnuts, chopped - 2 tbsp. l;
hard cheese, finely grated – 2 tbsp. l;
salt to taste.

Preparation

1. Place the turkey fillet in salted water and boil over moderate heat until fully cooked. Place on a plate and cool. Finely chop into a separate bowl.

2. Boil also vegetables and eggs. The beets can be baked separately, or for this salad, wrapped tightly in sheets of foil.

3. When the eggs, potatoes, carrots and beets have cooled, start cutting the products for placing on the dish. Chop everything into very small cubes on different plates.

4. Grate the cheese for the treat - also into a clean container, choose a medium grater.

5. The kernels for the Pomegranate Bracelet salad must be crushed with a blender or large meat grinder. Next, peel both pomegranates by pouring the seeds into a separate cup.

6. To place the salad you will need a round and wide glass. Place it in the center of a festive plain dish. Place the ingredients carefully around the glass.

7. The order of layers will be as follows: potatoes + mayonnaise, salt to taste; turkey and mayonnaise; carrots + mayonnaise; boiled egg + again a little mayonnaise; walnuts with beets and mayonnaise; cheese mixed with mayonnaise.

Peel potatoes and cucumbers and cut into small cubes. Grate the carrots. Hard boil the egg, peel and cut into slices.

Mix all the vegetables, add peas and season with mayonnaise and chopped dill. Season with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.

Place in bowls, top with shrimp, egg slices and a few sprigs of parsley.

For 4 servings you will need: 1 fillet chicken breast, 2 onions, 150 g hard cheese, 1 beet, 1 pomegranate, 3 eggs, 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 50 g walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces, add salt. Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown.

Wash the carrots, boil, peel and grate coarse grater. Boil eggs, peel. Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the nuts coarsely. Boil the beets, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Separate the pomegranate into grains.

Place the first layer on a large plate in the shape of a circle - chicken fillet. Pepper. Then add the fried onion and spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Then add the carrots and coat with mayonnaise again. Place the next layer of grated beets, then boiled and chopped eggs, coat with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and walnuts, coat with mayonnaise again and decorate with pomegranate seeds on top. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Salad "Shishka"

Will need: 300 g smoked chicken, 1-2 onions, 3-4 eggs, 3 pieces processed cheese, 150 g canned corn, almonds, mayonnaise.

Boil the potatoes and eggs until fully cooked, let cool and peel.

Form the salad into a cone shape and lay out in layers, mixing each with mayonnaise:

  • grated potatoes on a coarse grater,
  • crushed smoked chicken,
  • finely chopped onion,
  • corn,
  • finely chopped eggs,
  • grated processed cheese

Be sure to grease the top layer of the cone with mayonnaise and decorate with almonds so that a cone is formed.

Will need: 200 g lightly salted salmon, 40-50 g olives, 60 g cheese, 5 eggs, 1 orange, 1-2 tbsp. l. red caviar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, green onions.

Boil the eggs hard, separate the whites from the yolks and grate on a medium grater. Cut the salmon into small slices. Peel the orange and remove fibers and cut the pulp into cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the olives into rings.

Lay out the salad in layers: 1st - half of the proteins mixed with mayonnaise; 2nd - yolks, salt and pepper to taste and coat a little with mayonnaise; 3rd - half the salmon, coated with mayonnaise; 4th - olives and the rest of the salmon; 5th - cheese and a little mayonnaise; 6th – oranges; on top - the remaining whites mixed with mayonnaise. Garnish with caviar and olives, and place half a quail egg in the center.

Lay out the salad in layers: 1st - boiled carrots in cubes; 2nd - mix grated cheese with steamed raisins, fried walnuts, garlic and mayonnaise; 3rd - grated yolk; 4th - kiwi cubes. Grate the protein and combine with mayonnaise, add salt and coat the “bracelet” in a circle.

Beets, carrots, and potatoes are thoroughly washed and, without peeling, boil until tender. Boil chicken eggs hard - about 10 minutes. Cooled vegetables are peeled and grated on the coarsest grater. Eggs are peeled and the whites are separated from the yolks. The whites are grated on a coarse grater, the yolks on a very fine grater.

The herring is cleaned and the fillets are cut into cubes. Salmon fillet is cut into small thin strips. Green onions wash thoroughly and chop finely.

A special form is placed on a beautiful dish, into which the ingredients are laid out in layers in the following order: half the total volume of grated beets, salmon, half carrots, potatoes, herring, egg whites, the second half of carrots, the second half of beets.

Each layer is slightly salted (optional) and coated thoroughly with mayonnaise. Carefully remove the form. The top is decorated with mayonnaise, green onions, chopped yolk and caviar.
