    I washed the chicken thoroughly and then dried it with towels - this way it will better absorb the marinade. For baking, try to choose a small chicken, the optimal weight is 1-1.5 kg. The bird must be young, with intact, intact skin. I generously rubbed the prepared carcass with pepper and salt both outside and inside.

    I peeled the pineapple and extracted the pulp (you can cut the peel with a knife or take it out with a spoon), chopped it into medium-sized pieces. Remember that the hard core needs to be cut out. I crushed several cubes of pineapple pulp on a fine grater - they will go into the marinade. Instead of fresh fruit, you can use canned fruit. Don’t use too much filling, because pineapple itself is watery, and if you stuff the chicken too tightly, it won’t cook well inside.

    For the marinade I combined: grated pineapple pulp, ginger, vegetable oil, granulated garlic, and juice squeezed from one orange.

    The chicken carcass was placed in a plastic bag and covered with marinade. I twisted the ends tightly and spread the marinade, turning the bird in the air. I sent the chicken in a bag to marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

    After the specified time, I untied the bag, took out the marinated carcass and stuffed it with pieces of pineapple - I repeat that you need to fill it loosely, otherwise the chicken will not cook (!). When baked, pieces of fruit will absorb all the fat and share their aroma and juiciness with the chicken. You can simply discard them later (they will turn out very fatty, like apples from a roast duck) or you can mix the pineapple pieces with boiled rice and serve as a side dish for chicken.

    The belly was stabbed with toothpicks, the legs were tied with thread and placed in a heat-resistant form along with the remaining marinade.

    Placed it in a preheated oven and baked at 180 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting with the resulting juice from time to time. During this time, the chicken with pineapples inside will have time to fully cook. The wings can be wrapped in foil to prevent the edges from burning.

The dish should be served hot. The result was an incredibly flavorful chicken!

Cooking fillet

Then we transfer each piece to another baking sheet, cover the meat with a pineapple ring, sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for another 7 minutes. The advantages of the second method are that with this cooking, each piece lies separately, in portions, it is more convenient to remove it from the baking sheet and , accordingly, serve to the table. And since the pineapple has been cooked for very little time, it will be almost like fresh.

This dish can be cooked on what is called an onion base. Cut 3-4 medium onions into rings and place them on a baking sheet. Above are the main ingredients. If you are afraid that the dish will burn, you can place aluminum foil or oiled paper on a baking sheet.

The larger the chicken pieces, the longer it will take to bake. If you do not beat the chicken fillet, but place it whole on a baking sheet, then the cooking time will take approximately 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

If the meat is cut into thinner layers and well beaten, half an hour will be enough. If you want to get a crispy crust, then immediately turn on high heat, 250 degrees, and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. After 10 minutes, the heat should be reduced to 180 degrees and the food should be cooked for another 20-30 minutes. Then let the dish cool - it just needs to sit in the kitchen for 10 minutes. And after that you can immediately serve it to the table.

Spicy salad

Chicken recipes require not only hot serving, but also cold appetizers in the form of salads. If you want to make a spicy dish, you will need the following ingredients: chicken, pineapple, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Boil chicken fillet (take 500 grams) in salted water (later this broth can be used to prepare first courses). Let the meat cool and cut it into small pieces (approximately 3 by 3 centimeters in size). Add chopped pineapples (200 grams) to the meat.
