While the pumpkin is stewing, grind the cookies in a blender, or put them in a bag and roll them with a rolling pin.


Puree the stewed pumpkin in a blender and cool completely. Measure out 230 grams.


Cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar grind into a smooth homogeneous mass.


Combine cookies, pumpkin puree, cream mixture, cinnamon and, if the cracker is not salted, then a pinch of salt. Mix the dough well with a spoon, it turns out thick and plastic. Cover it with film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.


Form the cooled mass into candies, taking a full teaspoon and rolling into a ball the size of a walnut. Place the preparations in the refrigerator overnight, without covering them with anything, let them harden and air out a little!


Prepare a plate or board for future sweets by covering it with foil, a plastic bag, or covering it with a silicone mat. I took a cutting board and put a bag on it.

Preparation

Apply the specified amount granulated sugar and fill with hot water. Place on the stove to cook until the pumpkin is soft. Bring to a boil. Afterwards, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook until done.

About 20-25 minutes is enough to pumpkin pieces became soft. Almost all the liquid should evaporate completely. If it remains small quantity broth, no big deal.

Step 4. While the pumpkin is baking, melt the chocolate in a water bath. If it gets too thick or lumpy, add a little water or milk. Be careful, the chocolate should remain sticky!
