Preparation:

  1. Making the dough for zucchini pancakes. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Mix them with eggs, a spoonful of sour cream, salt, spices, garlic, semolina and flour. The dough should be like pancakes. Leave it for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
  2. Fry the zucchini pancakes in a small pancake pan. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and place the dough. Using a spoon, spread in an even layer over the surface of the pan. When the pancake is well browned, turn it over. We keep it on the other side for less time so that we can wrap the filling later.
  3. To prepare the filling, grind fresh chicken fillet through a meat grinder, adding half an onion to it. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste. In a frying pan, fry the bell pepper cut into pieces and the second half of the onion.
  4. Spread a thin layer of minced meat on each pancake, topped with bell peppers and onions fried until soft. Roll up the rolls and place on a baking sheet. Pour the remaining sour cream on top. Place in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
