    A little advice

    If fresh beans are used to prepare a dish, it is best to take light green young pods, since overripe ones are a little rough, not as juicy and take longer to cook.

    What's the benefit?

    The uniqueness of all leguminous plants is that they do not collect toxic substances from the environment, but, on the contrary, accumulate microelements and vitamins necessary for humans. Green beans bring significant benefits to the body. The presence of vitamin C in it helps women more easily endure hormonal storms during menopause. Since this product is low-calorie and one of the microelements is zinc, it is good to introduce it into the diet of people who are obese. Beans are a dietary product and are the main component in many weight loss menus, so if you want to lose weight, lean on bean pods.

    The good thing about beans in cooking is that when frozen or canned, they do not lose their properties. useful properties and gives them to our body in full.

Beans are rightfully considered a nourishing product that has found its place in many dishes. But this legume tastes best when combined with minced meat.

Description

We have already tried two recipes with green beans - the one that can be eaten together with the pods: stewed beans with vegetables and fried in an egg. Today I was going to try the third recipe - fried green beans with minced meat, kind of like navy pasta, only instead of pasta there are green beans.

It turned out half delicious. Like this? And here it is: fried minced meat with onions and beans in pods are delicious, but the pods themselves are hard and tasteless. We husked beans from them and ate them.

So, I advise you - take only the youngest and most tender green beans! And don’t take the one that has already turned yellow. Leave for seeds. Blanch the beans thoroughly, about 10 minutes, until soft. And also, carefully clean the pods from the tails and fibers on the sides of the pod.

Ingredients:

  • 200-300 g green beans;
  • 100-150 g minced pork;
  • 1 onion;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Ground black pepper, seasoning for meat;
  • Sunflower oil - 0.5 tablespoon;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • A piece of ginger root;
  • Greens - parsley, dill.

Instructions:

Wash and clean the green beans thoroughly. Place in boiling salted water and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pods become soft. If the beans are young, it may take less time - 5-7 minutes. Check to see if the pods are pliable and soft, but do not overcook them or they will become too tender.

Place the cooked beans in a colander.

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and minced meat, add green beans, salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings to taste and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring, until the onion and minced meat are cooked. If you want it more crispy, cook without adding water; if you want a wet gravy, you can add half a glass of water.

Today on our menu is another dish from the “two in one” category, that is, combining both the main dish and a side dish: . The dish is very satisfying and nutritious, and quite easy to prepare.

Beans, by the way, can be used not only frozen, but also canned. It’s better to take minced meat that is not too fatty: beef or beef/pork 70%/30% is good. At 50/50, the dish, for my taste, turns out to be too fatty.

Stewed beans with minced meat- the dish is not only tasty, but also very healthy.
