Choose for her only those crackers with which it is tasty for you to drink tea, and such butter with which it is pleasant to make a sandwich.

Cakes "potato"

Ingredients:
500-600 g crackers,
400 ml milk
150-200 g butter,
100 g sugar
1 tbsp cocoa,
cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, cognac - to taste.

Cooking:
Boil milk, sugar and cocoa in a large saucepan, remove from heat, add butter and melt it. Pour crackers crushed by a meat grinder into the liquid in small portions, stirring constantly. You should get a dough with consistency of soft clay for modeling. Leave a little breadcrumbs for sprinkling cakes. Add spices and cognac or liqueur to taste in the dough. Leave the dough to cool and soak for 10-15 minutes, then mold it into cakes in the form of balls, sausages, cakes, cubes or flying saucers. Roll them in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for several hours, and preferably overnight.

Chocolate "sausage"

The main difference between “sausage” and “potato” is that “potato” is made from breadcrumbs and turns out to be quite dry and loose, and for “sausage” cookies or biscuit are used and raw eggs, which makes it tender, buttery and melting, but more demanding on the freshness of the ingredients.

100 g sugar

Ingredients:
150 g cookies or biscuit,
50 g nuts
150 g dark chocolate,
100 g butter,
50 g sugar
2 eggs,
3 tbsp liqueur, rum, cognac,
powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Cooking:
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath with butter. Remove from heat, add liqueur and stir. Grind cookies and nuts into large crumbs, add sugar and eggs, pour in chocolate and mix thoroughly. Lay out mass in a mold lined with cling film and refrigerate overnight. Turn the finished dessert onto a serving dish, remove the film and sprinkle powdered sugar.

These delicious sweets are made according to the same principle as cakes, with the difference that they do not have a filler in the form of cracker or biscuit crumbs. 100 g dark chocolate,
50 g sugar
1 yolk,
2 tbsp high fat cream,

Cooking:
Grate the chocolate or finely break it and melt it in a water bath with cream, butter and sugar. Remove mass from the fire, add the yolk, spices, nuts, candied fruits, mix and refrigerate for several hours. From the cooled mass, roll balls or cones with your hands, roll in cocoa and cinnamon. Store in refrigerator.

Tiramisu

When talking about desserts without baking, it is impossible not to mention tiramisu. Perhaps this is the most famous of the frozen desserts. Of course, talking about making tiramisu without mascarpone cheese and savoiardi cookies is somewhat incorrect, so the following recipe is only suitable for those who know where to get these exotic ingredients.

Ingredients:
300 g savoiardi cookies,
500 g mascarpone cheese,
4 yolks,
3 squirrels,
400 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
100 g sugar
20 g cocoa powder
marsala liqueur (rum, cognac or any red sweet wine) - to taste.

Cooking:
Whisk the egg whites with half the sugar until stiff peaks form (it is easier to do this at room temperature). With the other half of the sugar, beat the yolks until foamy. Add the mascarpone cheese to the yolks and beat again. Add egg whites to this mixture and mix gently from bottom to top.

Put a layer of cheese cream into the mold. Dip the savoiardi in turn into the cooled coffee (if the dessert is not intended for children, add wine to the coffee) and lay out the next layer. Soaking cookies in coffee is not necessary, 1-2 seconds is enough. Cover a layer of cookies with cream, then lay out another layer of savoiardi and a layer of cream. Sprinkle the finished dish with cocoa and refrigerate for 4-6 hours (this step is the most difficult!). Properly cooked tiramisu does not hold its shape like biscuit cake, therefore, it should be eaten with a spoon or fork, but in no case with your hands.

90 g flour
100 g sugar
3 eggs,

Using a pastry bag, squeeze dough strips onto a baking sheet. If the dough does not hold its shape, which happens due to the characteristics of the flour, add a little starch to the dough. Sprinkle the blanks with powdered sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar again and send them to the oven preheated to 180 ° C until a golden beige color appears.

Ingredients:
6 eggs
150 g flour
150 g sugar

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar until white, beat the whites separately and mix gently. Gradually add the sifted flour and grated zest to the egg mass, continuing to stir. Lubricate a wide form with butter and pour the dough into it so that it does not spread in a very thick layer. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. After cooling, cut the biscuit into strips about 10 cm long and about 5 cm wide.

For vegetarians, there is also a delicious and nutritious dessert that does not require baking:

Dessert "Fruit Dome"

Ingredients:
1-2 bananas
100 g soft dates,
1 lemon
1-2 apples
100 g oatmeal,
100 g crushed nuts,
100 g dried apricots,
100 g prunes,
100 g raisins,
100-200 g candied fruits (coconut, mango, papaya, pineapple).

Cooking:
Remove the pits from the dates and mash with a fork along with the bananas. Add to dough grated apple, lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour in oatmeal. Add finely chopped dried fruits and candied fruits, mix thoroughly until a thick mass is obtained. If the mass is too liquid, add more oatmeal, if too thick - more grated apples.
