Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Then it is kneaded again, it is at this moment that the gluten ripens and the dough acquires a homogeneous structure. Sometimes it happens that you come across flour with a low gluten content. In this case, the dough floats and requires adding additional flour. Your dough should not spread, the lump should, under its weight, lag well behind your hand (not to be confused with the word stick, yeast dough it's all sticky) and not remain on it in large pieces.

Now the dough should rise well in a warm place for about 40-50 minutes. Next, we knead it and place it in a greased and floured pan. I have a round glass one.

Let the dough rise in the pan. I put it in the oven to rise at 35 degrees.

When the dough has doubled in size (no longer needed, it still rises during baking), I turn the temperature to 180-200 degrees and bake until golden brown for about 40 minutes.

We send the form with the dough to the oven preheated to 190° degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Monitor the temperature in the oven; if the bread begins to brown too quickly, you should reduce the temperature.

Remove the finished bread from the pan, transfer it to a napkin and leave to cool. Bread should not be cut when it is hot, otherwise it will wrinkle and lose its shape; it is better to wait 20-30 minutes and then start cutting homemade bread.
